240 State of Alabama Bur. R.F. and A.L. Montgomery, Ala Mar [[?30]] 68 Special Orders No 34 W.C. Arthur Chief Quartermaster B.R.F. and A.L. State of Alabama, will transfer to J.F. McGogy Sub. Asst Commissioner at Talladega Ala two (2) Mules, property pertaining to the Bureau sending the same to him the most direct land route by messenger, who will return upon completing the transfer. The necessary expenses incurred in making the transfer will be paid on presentation, and the proper vouchers therefor to Brvt Lieut Col. E. Beecher, Disbursing Officer. By order of Brvt Brig Genl. J. Arthur Chief Quartermaster B.R.F. and A.L. State of Ala, will transfer to D.O. Rugg Sub. Asst. Commissioner at Huntsville Ala the following stores pertaining to the Bureau, to wit: One (1) Mule.
