Nara 856 31 88 Raleigh N.C March 9th, 1868 . Dillon Maj Richard Agt at Fayetteville N.C. Sir Bethana Dean complains that she let Mr John Johnson have her daughter, Flora Ann, and that he refuses to give her up. Will you please investigate the case and inform me at your earliest convenience. This woman and her child were free born.
