See the later 16th Cent. theorists, Zuccaro ( von Schlosser Die Kunst literatur [[/strikethrough]] e [[/strikethrough]] book VI pg. 398) defines the content which he associates with bodies of different proportions: A figure Seven Heads high, for example, appropriately characterizes Cybele & the Sybils in their sublimity; Juno & the Madonna should, however, be eight heads high. This canon, he says, connotes CELESTE [[strikethrough]] s [[/strikethrough]] BELEZZA, while Diana, as the embodiment of the ideals of Grazia, should be 9 heads high.
