Respectfully referred to Bvt. Brig. Gen. B. Burbank, W.A. Commissioner Bureau R.F. & A.L for information as to whether the command for which Medical Attendance is charged, was stationed at Glasgow on Bureau duty during the time specified within, whether there was any Medical Officer of the Bureau on duty at that place during the time, and if Samuel Martin who certifies to the account was the regularly accredited Bureau Agent and as each authorized to employ the services of a physician.
