I. ... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of James G. Pollard, consisting of three Houses and lots, also one vacant lot, situated in the City of Norfolk, Va., is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Gen. No. 15, C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to James G. Pollard, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed, as entitling him to compensation, for damages to the property, or, rents which may have accrued.

II. ... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of John Gambol, deceased, consisting of a tract of land, situated in Warwick County Va, is restored to D.P. Jones, Guardian of the Children of John Gambol, deceased, with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8. Gen. No. 15. C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz:
1st The property will be turned over to D.P. Jones, upon the expiration of the lease to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued-.

III. ... So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over rit, the property of D.P. Jones, consisting of two tracts of land situated in Warwick Co. Va, is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8, Gen No. 15, C.S. War Dept. Bureau R.F. & A.L. and upon the following conditions Viz;
1st The property will be turned over to D.P. Jones, upon the expiration of the lease, to any third party, or parties, if any exists.
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation, for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued-

IV. ... Maj. James Johnson, 14th Regt. V.R.C., having reported in compliance with Par. 16. S.C. 623, C.S. War Dept. A.G.O. is assigned to duty as Superintendet 11th Dist. Bureau R.F. & A.L. State of Virginia. He will proceed at once to Fredericksburg Va- and relieve Capt. Daniel W. Bohonon, 2nd W.H. Vol.
