James Murdaugh upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property, or rents which may have accrued-

III...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Robert Archer consisting of the house and lot No 32 Bermuda Street Norfolk Va is restored to him with all the rights and privileges of ownership upon the following conditions- Viz
1st The property will be turned over to Robert Archer upon the expiration of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling him to compensation for damages to the property or rents which may have accrued.

IV...So far as any jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of Catharine Watts consisting of a tract of land situated in Elizabeth City Co Va is restored to her with all personal property with all the rights and privileges of ownership, subject to the requirements of Par 8 Cir 15 C.S War Dept Bureau R.F and AL and upon the following conditions- Viz-
1st The property will be turned over to Catherine Watts upon the expiration

of the lease to any third party or parties if any exists
2nd That nothing in this order be construed as entitling her to compensation for damages to the property or rents, which may have accrued-
3rd That Mrs Watts allow the freedmen to remain on her farm, and either work for her, or rent part of her land as per Agreement.
