Francis H. Lee, being duly sworn, doth declare and say, that he is not embraced in any of the exceptions specified in the Presidents Amnesty Proclamation of May 29, 1865; never having held office of any kind under the Confederate authorities, nor is he worth twenty-thousand dollars. 

Sworn and subscribed before me, this day of January, 1866.
