In compliance with instructions contained in Par VI
Circular No 10. Dated Bureau R.F. and A.L. Hd Qrs Assistant Commissioner State of Va. Richmond Va. March 12th 1866. I have the honor to forward the following report of the transactions before the criminal courts for this City and the County of Henrico for the month of May 1866.

I have reported one case to you in accordance with instructions contained in Par. IV of Circular No 10. which I deemed needed an investigation, with this exception nothing has occured before any of the tribunals that has called for differant adjudication than that made at the time of the trials.
