Will practice in all Courts in Kentucky. Collections promptly made in all parts of the State.

Falmouth, Ky., 187

forward it to you in time to reach you before the 28th.

We hope the man will not be again disappointed. He is needy, He went to Lexington [[?]] last fall and on account of some informality of the affidavit he was compelled to return without his money. The next time he was notified he was bedfast with severe sickness. He has waited long and earnestly hoped for another notification which at last came about one month ago that he would be paid as aforesaid.

He took all his papers from my office with him to his home and is ready to go to Covington on the 28th as stated. Hope you will meet him then and pay him.

Very truly yours
Jno. H. Fryer
