NARA0350 (FORM 24.) Levi Benny, Pvt Co., A 114 Reg't U.S.C.Troops was born in Madison Co. Ky, was enlisted the 10 day of June, 1864, at London Ky, by Capt. R. Hayes, and was mustered in the 16 day of June, 1864, at London Ky, by Capt Hayes, for 3 years. At the time of enlistment he was 34 years old, and 5 feet 7 inches high, black complexion, black eyes, black hair, and by occupation a farmer. He was discharged ([[strikethrough]](or died)[[/strikethrough]]) 2 day of April 1867, at Brazos Santiago, Texas, Capt L.C.
