Waterproof La Sir: Referring to your letter of 8th inst concerning claim of Sally Hines on account of Service of Wallace Miller, his widow being dead, I can only say, that the certificate enclosed in your letter will be forwarded to Washington, and if upon that, and the proof already furnished the claim should be allowed Mrs Hines, due notice will be given her of action necessary to secure the amount thereof.
