Transcription Notes:
Please do not delete useful notes until you're ready to hit the green button - they're there to minimize errors and save repeating work that's already been done. It's worth knowing if a non-English page has been checked by someone who speaks the langauge, or if proper nouns and scientific names have been verified and when the notes saying that's been done get deleted, other transcribers don't know and they go and change the verified info to an incorrect [[guess?]] and it gets submitted for approval with the new wrong info. I can stop leaving translations here if they're that unwelcome (though personally I thought it would help with reviewing and filling in [[?]]s) but notes like verifications really need to be kept at the very least until you're ready to hit that green button. Done: This page has been checked by a French speaker. I have also verified the signer's name, title, and address. Thanks for doing this - I understand your frustration about notes as it often happens to me - VERY pleased to have other volunpeers who speak French 'cause I don't! You certainly have my thanks for your efforts - don't let one volunpeer's mistake put you off - @siobhanleachman
