SEPTEMBER
MONDAY-6
I wrote to Holly in A.M.  Both over to opposite shore making drawings, very oppressive in afternoon, I lying down with headache, big rain & thunder storm at night.

TUESDAY-7
Clear  Both cleaning bilge all morning, A got water etc. & over to Chutes & got bailed out.  A started work on boat.  Holly & Rowena here & for the night.  R. & I to store for supplies.

SEPTEMBER 
WEDNESDAY-8
up early, got breakfast & had talk, Holly & Rowena left at 12.  I to Huntington in afternoon, walked up, took laundry  marketed.  

THURSDAY-9
A working on boat till 6.P.M.  puttying, caulking, painting.  I cleaned bilge all morning & to store & Johnny George's in P.M.  Frank OH in in evening.  Hard rain at 8.P.M.  Dinner & to bed early.
