FRIDAY-3 [[/preprinted]]
Check from Every [[Regs?]] for $300.00  Both started to walk to Huntington about 9.30, Billy Atkin picked us up.  A deposited checks & we marked.  I posed all afternoon by electric light & A started new drawing for Pic. R. having decided other was no good.  Letter from Holly.

A got his & Jim's moorings fixed then helped Eddie Holly & others haul in their boats.  I cleaned up boat & lay down with a head ache all P.M.  A finished drawing & matted both.  A wrote to Jim & Irene.  Barometer went way up to 31.

SUNDAY-5 [[/preprinted]]

A wild one, big snow wit wind.  A starting at light to cover boat.  I helped arrange covers, but couldn't stay out in it.  A's feet & hands nearly frozen, icles forming on awning as he worked.  Henry   - in with bag of apples.  dinner, & A finished boat.  Still snowing hard as I write at 5 P.M.  I got frosted feet again.

A to N.Y. no trolley - got ride to station & taxi to train got to Pic. Review at 12, & made 12.57 back.  They liked the drawings - god a relief -   I enlarged & fixed 3 of A's shirts & made brown B.V.Ds. for him.  A brought Dial, N. Yorker, & bag of snow apples, salted almonds, & almond cakes.
