Wether I have 5 directors or [[underline]] only 3 or 4 my [[/underline]] position is not much altered. Even if [[underline]] I had 6 directors I cannot control the corporation because the By laws provide that all major questions [[/underline]] or changes in the By laws of great importance [[underline]] must be decided by at least 8 votes. [[/underline]] I introduced these articles so as to protect minority interests so as long as I [[underline]] have 3 directors in the board voting[[/underline]] as I wish them to vote I [[underline]] can oppose myself against all the other directors should they become hostile. As to have 4 in our group I need the help of my friendly stockholders.
